Belen Gonzalez is the Head of Product Integrity and Supply Chain Protection, with a background in forensic chemistry and more than 15 years of experience protecting patients, brands, and pharmaceutical supply chains globally. Her career has been built at the intersection of science, security, enterprise risk, corporate reputation, and patient safety, with a focus on ensuring medicines remain safe, authentic, and trusted.

She leads the Global Product Integrity program for her organization, which she developed from the ground up, initially without a team. She is responsible for setting global strategy and governance to anticipate, detect, and mitigate threats, illicit activity, and supply chain risks. Her scientific training instilled a disciplined and investigative mindset that guides her executive decision-making and supports a data-driven approach to strategy. She is skilled at translating forensic science and evidence into global corporate strategies that strengthen counterfeit prevention, supply chain resilience, and overall risk management.
