Jenny Barker

Jenny Barker (Director, Global Anti-Counterfeiting) is a UK-qualified solicitor who leads GSK’s Global Anti-counterfeiting function. She has experience handling trade mark infringement and lookalike cases through to civil litigation, as well as supporting authorities with criminal prosecutions related to counterfeiting. While she does not provide legal advice on specific cases, she is available to discuss litigation strategies, including assessing the merits of civil court injunctions versus criminal enforcement, and approaches to collaboration between legal and corporate security teams.
