Scott Smith is a seasoned security professional with over 15 years of experience across multiple sectors. He currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain Security & Brand Protection for North America, where he leverages a strong academic foundation and extensive expertise to protect pharmaceutical operations and maintain the integrity of supply chains.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Emergency Management, equipping him with a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding security in the pharmaceutical industry. Since beginning his career in pharmaceutical security in 2008, he has held a range of roles spanning physical security, supply chain security, investigations, and other critical functions.

Prior to entering the pharmaceutical sector, Scott developed his skills in event security and executive protection, overseeing security for large-scale events and high-profile individuals. This experience supported his transition into supply chain security, where he has played a key role in developing strategies to protect brand integrity and build stakeholder trust. With a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for security management, he continues to contribute to the advancement of supply chain security in an evolving global environment.
